After a two year gap due to the pandemic, GISM returned in great style in 2022 and we are now looking forward to welcoming swimmers and teams for another successful meet in 2023 (from May 26-28).

The Meet
To deliver an annual international standard open long course swimming competition that is ideally placed in the UK and European calendar and attractive to regional, national and overseas athletes/clubs/teams. To showcase Glasgow as a city of sport, culture and education, with world-class swimming facilities and a club based training environment that supports a nation-leading programme.

The 2022 competition is now over and results are available to download on this website and on SwimScotland and the Meet Mobile app. A big thank you to all the participating swimmers, clubs, coaches, officials and volunteers for making it a huge success.
The event programme is spread evenly over three full days of racing with heats in the morning and afternoon, followed by evening finals.
